chore: remove validate_pairs from exchange class
Invalid pairs were filtered out before this was called in most cases.
in cases where it's not - regular pairlist-filtering provides proper warnings.

pairs are validated through expand_pairlist.
If they're not in markets, they'll no longer be in the
